Refund policy
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from TALOVEN at taloven.com. TALOVEN is operated by JIUHAOHE LTD.
30-day return request period
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered. To start a return, email info@taloven.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request.
A return must be authorised before it is sent. If approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions. Items sent without prior authorisation, or sent to our registered business address without instruction, may not be accepted.
Return eligibility
For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, lip-care, deodorant, and other personal-care products cannot be returned for a change of mind.
We will review damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products regardless of whether the outer packaging has been opened. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label where relevant.
If the issue is confirmed, TALOVEN will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return-shipping solution at no additional cost to you.
Change-of-mind returns
Customers are responsible for the cost of authorised change-of-mind returns and for using a trackable delivery service. Original delivery charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns unless required by applicable law. TALOVEN is not responsible for a return parcel until it is received at the authorised return location.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned for a change of mind:
- Opened or used personal-care and cosmetic products;
- Gift cards;
- Items clearly identified as final sale before purchase;
- Personalised or custom-made items, if offered;
- Items returned outside the applicable return period or without authorisation.
Sale-priced items that were not clearly marked final sale follow the same return rules as regularly priced items.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges because stock may change. The quickest way to obtain a different item is to request an authorised return and place a new order. If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us before placing another order so we can arrange the appropriate resolution.
Order cancellations and changes
Contact info@taloven.com promptly if you need to cancel or change an order. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment has begun. If an order has already been dispatched, the applicable return process must be followed.
Refund process
We will inspect authorised returns and notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact info@taloven.com.
UK and European consumer cancellation rights
Where UK or European consumer law applies, you may have a statutory right to cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days after delivery and then return it within the legally required period. The right may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. You remain responsible for return shipping for a cancellation unless the product is faulty, incorrect, or not as described. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory statutory rights.
